Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
We use Amazon Fulfillment (FBA) to store, pack, and ship your orders, ensuring fast and secure delivery.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (Amazon Fulfillment): 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping from our U.S. store.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Leder Luxus is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@lederluxusshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with Amazon to resolve the issue promptly.
